Letters/Email to Congress
Guidance from Angelica Vialpando of the COE.Click on Downloads at the top of the page to download the sample letters. Please remind anyone you talk to that any letters or emails sent to Congress must have their city, state and zipcode listed. If the person that opens email/letters in a congressional office cannot "prove" that this person is a constituent, they
discard it.
Also, for the individuals in the office working with Appropriators states/districts, I received a bunch of statements today from a middle school that is served by Talent Search. From their letters I could tell they are not only in Senator DeWine's
state but in Appropriator Rep. Dave Hobson's district. The Talent Search office is in another district (not an appropriator) and without the zipcode I would never have discovered this.
